Dinaric Rally 2026: six days of roadbook through the Dinaric Alps
A 430 km marathon stage on day one and around 160 bikes, quads and cars: a rally raid on Slovenia's doorstep.
Dinaric Rally
Dinaric Rally is a six-day rally raid through the Dinaric Alps, which its organiser counts among Europe's toughest. It is navigated by roadbook from a shared bivouac and is also a round of the FIM Europe Tout Terrain Rally Cup.

At the end of August Croatia hosted the Dinaric Rally, a six-day Dakar-style rally raid just a few hours' drive from Slovenia. Around 160 crews on bikes, quads and in cars started, Slovenian motorcyclists among them.
Day one brought a 430 km marathon stage, followed by five days of karst gravel, rocky off-piste and long fast sections where roadbook navigation and reliability decide everything. Five riders from Croatia and Poland raced in the quad class.
The event was overshadowed by a tragic accident: an Austrian motorcyclist lost his life on the first stage. Our deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends.
On terrain like this a tyre works all day on sharp stone at high speed, so sidewall strength and even wear matter just as much as grip.
