NORRA 1000: over 1,700 km across Baja on OBOR Tricera
On its first NORRA 1000, Chupacabra Off-Road crossed Baja with just one minor flat and finished sixth in Pro SxS.
NORRA Mexican 1000
The NORRA 1000 is one of the most demanding off-road races in the world. Volcanic rock, technical mountain passes and punishing desert expose every weak point of a vehicle – and its tyres – within a week.

Chupacabra Off-Road took on its first NORRA 1000 in a Polaris RZR Pro R on 35x10R15 OBOR Tricera tyres, and covered more than 1,100 miles of Baja with a single minor flat.
The team finished sixth in Pro SxS, eighth fastest of 67 UTVs and 40th overall. It singled out the tyres' versatility: from fast desert runs to slow rock crawling they gave the confidence to push.
For the Tricera it was an important proof that the tyre is up to aggressive desert racing. The team is documenting its journey in a nine-part YouTube series.
